Ch ch changes 🎶
Change is an inevitable part of life. Nature changes, the world changes, we change. The question is, how do we adapt to change? 🌱

One of my favorite times to offer chiropractic care is during pregnancy. The body is incredible! And during this time it goes through many amazing changes in a relatively short period of time.

Chiropractic can help support someone’s body and being in this path of becoming, and create optimal comfort and function throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth!

Did you know that if our nervous system is living in a state of protection, our mind will create stories that support and validate what the nervous system is saying?

And most of the time when our bodies are perceiving threat there isn’t actually one present. 🧐

A system that is in balance is able to feel connected, creative, calm and safe.

Gentle chiropractic care can help to bring balance to the nervous system so that we can move through life with trust and able to see the world as it is. 🤗

Everything we encounter in life is information for our body and nervous system. When we experience stressors in life it can accumulate and cause us to hold tension in our body and nervous system. Sometimes we can be holding patterns of tension deep in our body without even realizing it! As a chiropractor, I detect the areas in your body that are holding the stored stress and tension and help your body to release them. When we can let go and release the unnecessary holdings there can be more ease and room for our life force to flow.✨
