13 years!! 🥹🌴

Facebook reminded me that 13 years ago today I officially became Jenny Wailes, LMT and was just trying to convince people to come let the new massage therapist practice on them. 😂

I had no idea then where this career would take me—or how much I would continue to learn, grow and absolutely love what I do.

To everyone who has trusted me with your aches and pains, your stress, your goals, and sometimes just your need to shut the world out for an hour… thank you. 💙

13 years down, and I'm still learning, still evolving, and still convinced:

It's okay to have bad days.

Sometimes you can push through, and sometimes the strongest thing you can do is listen to your body and give yourself a little grace.

Today, my quads decided they had other plans. 😅 Rather than risk pulling or tearing something, I called it and walked back to the car.

Starting a new exercise routine isn't always easy. Progress isn't always linear, and that's okay.

Keep showing up. Go slower if you need to. Take care of your body, and remember... every step forward still counts. 💙🌴
