Since opening its doors in 1944, Chapel Pointe has grown from a 27-room home into a thriving community built on faith, service, compassion, and meaningful relationships. We are grateful for the residents, families, team members, volunteers, and supporters who have shaped our story along the way. There were smiles all around during our visit from Creatures Great & Small last week! 🐾 Residents enjoyed an interactive presentation featuring a variety of amazing animals, followed by time to pet, hold, and visit with them.
