As our family begins an unexpected new chapter, we have made the difficult decision to close Embody.

For a lot of positive reasons, owning a business is no longer feasible in this season of life for our family.

As a result, I’ve made the difficult decision to close Embody.

Our final class will be August 1st.

If you have class passes, you can still use them until August 1st.

When I opened Embody, I hoped to create a place where people could move and have community. I never imagined the friendships that would be formed, the stories that would be shared, or the incredible community that would grow.

Together we’ve walked through joy and grief, welcomed babies, laughed, cried and watched people discover strength they never knew they had.
Thank you for believing in Embody.
Thank you for making this little dream into something so much bigger than I ever could have imagined.

One piece of good news I’d love to share is that the studio space itself isn’t going anywhere. I’m so happy to welcome Jess, owner of Black Rose Studio, who will be taking over the space and creating the next chapter there. While Embody as a business is coming to a close, it’s incredibly meaningful to know that these walls will continue to be filled with movement, community, and connection. I truly believe the space is in wonderful hands, and I can’t wait to cheer Jess on as she brings her own vision to life. We’ll be sharing more details about the transition soon, and I hope you’ll join me in giving her a warm welcome.
