ADHD entrepreneurs can be extremely smart, capable, and ambitious while still experiencing gaps around executive function, clarity, motivation, and action.
The frustrating part is that your capability doesn't disappear.
You still know what needs to happen.
You just can't always reliably translate that knowledge into action.
That distinction matters.
Because if you interpret an ex*****on problem as a character problem, you tend to respond with more self-criticism.
You tell yourself to try harder.
To be more disciplined.
To finally get it together.
But none of those things necessarily change the underlying tactic.
Try asking:
"What tactic would make this easier for my brain to actually execute?"
That's a much more useful question.
