Classes and private sessions may include movement, stretching, relaxation, yoga nidra, breathwork, conversation, grounding practices, or whatever feels most helpful that day.

Today was the very first Fairy Fitness Pop-Up in the park!

I arrived with bubbles, scarves, ribbons, music, fairy stones, and a little bit of uncertainty.

Ten minutes before we started, I walked through the playground inviting families to join me under the trees. One by one, they came.

We danced.
We played.
We stretched.
We blew bubbles.
We learned the Fairy Flashmob dance.

Toddlers chased bubbles. Kids twirled ribbons and scarves. Parents joined in. One mother got to watch her inner child come out and play.

One mom was on a work call while her daughters played. Before she left, she stopped for a breath and a hug. With a smile she said,

“This is effective.”

That moment stayed with me.

This is why I started Fairy Fitness.

Not to create the perfect class.
Not to get everything right.

But to create opportunities for movement, connection, play, and a little magic in everyday life.

Thank you to everyone who stopped, danced, laughed, breathed, played, and shared the afternoon with me.

This is a casual, family-friendly gathering in nature. Come as you are. Wear something comfortable. Feel free to bring a towel, sarong, scarf, bubbles, wings, or anything that adds a little sparkle.

All ages welcome.
