Happy National Boss’s Day to our leader, our Executive Director, Mariano! 🎉

Thank you for reminding us that each day is an opportunity to show up with the same enthusiasm, humility, curiosity, and willingness to learn that we had on our very first day on the job.

Your reminder challenges us to never become complacent, to keep a fresh perspective, to bring our best selves to work, to never take people for granted, and to remain humble no matter how much experience we gain. Most importantly, it reminds us to never forget where we started and why we do what we do.

Because true leadership isn’t just about how much we know or how long we’ve been doing something—it’s about continuing to grow, staying curious, and approaching each new day with purpose and passion.

Here’s to bringing the excitement of a beginner and the wisdom of an experienced professional together, one day at a time!

Thank you, Boss, for leading by example and inspiring us to keep learning, growing, and making a difference in the lives of those we serve. We’re grateful to be part of your team!

Happy National Boss’s Day!

What a wonderful experience! Thank you to Russ and Suzanne for sharing their fascinating stories and personal experiences exploring the historic canals of England by narrowboating. From beautiful waterways to memorable adventures, their stories offered us a glimpse into a unique experience and reminded us that every resident has a story worth sharing.
