One of the biggest misconceptions about surrogacy is that it’s simply “illegal” or completely unregulated. But the reality is much more nuanced. 🤍

Surrogacy laws and regulations vary depending on the country—and in the U.S., even from state to state. That’s exactly why education matters.

Instead of letting myths, fear, or misinformation shape the conversation, we need to give people access to accurate information so they can better understand how surrogacy works, the legal processes involved, and the protections available to intended parents and surrogates.

The more we educate, the better we can advocate for safe, ethical, and informed surrogacy journeys. ✨
