Client spotlight! Blue 🫶🏼
When we had our first two sessions I almost said I don’t think he can settle into bodywork. He wasn’t the horse that leaned into it, I knew we made some progress but not a ton. I think it was around session 4 or 5 that something shifted. He was quiet, leaned into my hands, and released so much tension. A completely different horse and from then on we have made so much progress each time. 🥲 hearing from his owners what a difference I’ve made and how much better he feels under saddle has been a highlight for me as a bodyworker.
When you work on some who automatically lean into the work is one thing, when you work on some who take time to slowly trust me and themselves to release layers of stress, tension, tightness, and change his nervous system is a completely different experience. Yesterday I walked him home and said “you’ve made so much progress bluey I’m so proud of you!”

Blue has the best people around him, a team of love. He’s proof of it.

my kids reppin my brand 🫶🏼🥲

I’ve built a really small business from the ground up, focusing on the whole horse. From internal to external. Taking away the guesswork when it comes to horses. We often guess if they need certain supplements, guess if they are sore, guess where they are “off”. My whole approach has always been, the whole horse. Whether I work with you nutritionally or on bodywork or both, I am constantly looking at the entire horse in front of me. And when I say we are seeing RESULTS!! My clients are living proof of what TTE is all about 🫶🏼✨ thank you for being here.

Client spotlight! Caretani 🤍
I’ve worked with this special boy a few times now but today’s session felt different. He yawned maybe 100x (not joking), felt really good in some areas, needed help in others, but was so open and honest. There are some horses who love bodywork and lean into all that you do and he is one of them. I love working on this sweet boy and am so honored I got so many releases today 🥹🫶🏼
Lisa you have a gem of a boy and we did a lotttttt of work today. Honored to be on his team 🤍

I’ve taken myself back to school 3x since I got my Bachelors in Merchandising and Management. All three have been related to horses.
First, I got Certified in Equine Massage Therapy.
Second, I got Certified in Equine Nutrition.
And finally, today I graduated with an Advanced Equine Functional Nutrition Practitioner certification.

It’s okay to chase your passions, even if they are WILDLY different than your original schooling. I love learning. I love throwing myself into something I know my brain is going to love and soak up like a sponge. I’ve helped many horses over the last few years but this year feels different. I have a quiet “I got this” attitude I’ve never had, a team of really awesome nutritionists I can lean on for support, and mostly I have grown and gained knowledge as a practitioner.

I’ve worked with neurological, metabolic, weird unknown sicknesses, and everything in between and I can finally say I feel eager and ready to take on the most complex cases. Hell my own horse is one of the most complex cases I’ve worked on. My confidence in species appropriate, anti-inflammatory nutrition and holistic approaches continues to grow and I’m so thankful for Audrey Christie | Equine Nutrition + Traditional Naturopathy for your guidance, thoughtful approaches to each case, and encouragement.

The world needs more advocates, especially the horse world. I’m happy and honored to be each and every one of my clients.
Here’s to continue learning, having thoughtful conversations, and always putting the horse first.

Client spotlight! Shalom.
This sweet, gentle giant and I have sessions every single Monday. From our first session together to now is quite a remarkable difference. He has kissing spine so my approach has always been to relax his nervous system, let his body decompress into my hands each session. Wanting to retrain his fascia and muscles to go into a state of relaxation vs tense and tight all the time.
With a wonderful team surrounding him, from his trainers to working on rehabbing him under saddle and building muscle throughout his thoracic sling, his vets who always keep him sound and comfortable with cold laser, acupuncture, chiropractor, etc. to his farrier keeping him comfortable and supported, and to his owner who pours her whole heart into gathering his team to make him feel his best every month.

TTE is honored to be a small part of his team and we have a love fest after every session. It’s almost like his way of saying thank you 🫶🏼 he’s come so so far, this boy is honest, kind, and tries so hard. To see his muscles change, his posture, feel his fascia relaxing and relearning is an incredible experience. Here’s to every horses story, they are all different and our job is to listen. Beautiful things happen when you just listen. 🤍

6 months back to day 1. 🥹😭 his diet was solely alfalfa and grain when we got him. He was inflamed, dull, and puffy. I did two Minerals and Metals Mane tests on him. One right away and one 90 days later to gut check myself. His iron was through the roof, his potassium was sky high, metals all high, every mineral was out of wack. I added salt, did an herbal detox, removed all grain, swapped alfalfa for teff, and managed his foundation. It this doesn’t prove nutrition is KEY I don’t know what will.

Taking a dull, sad, inflamed horse and turning him into a confident, lean, muscled man. Training and building muscle is a part of this. It all starts with a foundation. Which we got right. Here’s to the next 6 months.
