A few things from the last few weeks at Wise.🩷

Spending time with our community. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Wise Social Club Open House. An evening with the people we care for, outside the treatment room, is always a highlight.

She made it! Lauren is officially on maternity leave. We’re so happy for her and can’t wait to have her back. If you’re one of Lauren’s patients, our providers will keep your plan on track while she’s away.

Launched the Red Carpet Series. Two specialized facials: Red Carpet Glow for dullness and dehydration, and Red Carpet Clear for oily or congested skin.

And of course, you can’t forget the holiday prep.

Still haven’t booked your appointment? Knows the time. Book through the link in bio.

There's a reason we talk about this every fall, and it's not a promotion.

UV exposure accumulates all summer, and skin needs time to move into a repair phase before certain treatments can work with it instead of against it. That's the real reason the next several months are considered the optimal window, not just because a calendar says so.

If you've been curious about laser or resurfacing but weren't sure when to start, this is the time to start.

The window's open now. Book your consultation through the link in bio.

This is balance, not bigger.

Lips are one of the most requested areas, and one of the easiest to overdo. The instinct is almost always more, more volume, more projection, more everything. But the eye doesn't read lips as fuller or thinner first. It reads proportion, how the upper and lower lip relate to each other, how the corners sit, how the whole lower third of the face works together.

That's why an overfilled lip can still look "off" even when the amount injected wasn't excessive. The projection outpaces the proportion, and the eye flags it before you can name what's wrong.

The plan for this treatment started with her natural ratio, not a target volume. Where her upper and lower lip already related well, that stayed protected. Where there was room to add without disrupting the balance, that's where product went.

The result isn't dramatic (and it's not meant to be). If you've been considering filler, let this be your sign. Book your consultation through the link in bio.

Happy birthday to the person who made Wise possible. 🤍🧁

Every standard we hold at Wise traces back to Crissy: anatomy before treatment, restraint as a skill, results that look like you, not "done."

And that philosophy doesn't happen by accident. It comes from someone who has spent her career studying faces more closely than most people ever will.

We're incredibly lucky to learn from her every day, and endlessly thankful for everything she does.

Help us show some birthday love to Crissy in the comments!

The most common thing we correct isn't a treatment. It's the question.

Someone comes in asking for "more" in one specific area, filler here, tox there, because they've decided that's what's missing. And sometimes it is. But just as often, the real issue isn't that one area at all. It's that the face isn't reading as a whole.

Facial balance isn't about adding volume everywhere. It's about restoring proportion. A cheek that's slightly under-supported can make the jawline look heavier than it is. A jawline that's soft can pull focus away from otherwise well-placed lips. Treat one area without considering the rest, and you can end up with a result that's technically "done" but still looks off, and most people can't say why.

That's the part self-diagnosing misses. It's not about which product or which area. It's about how everything works together.

So the assessment isn't "what do you want more of." It's "what does this face need to look like itself, just in better balance." Sometimes that's a subtle adjustment to the cheeks. Sometimes it's the jawline. Sometimes it's the lips. The goal was never a different face. It's enhancing what's already uniquely yours.

The difference with lip filler isn't more. It's knowing where, how, and why.

Most lip concerns aren't about size. They're about softened definition, faded hydration, or proportions that no longer match the rest of the face. Volume alone is usually where the obvious look comes from.

For this patient, we focused on:

🤍 Definition, to refine the natural shape of the lip.
🤍 Hydration, for a smoother, healthier surface.
🤍 Balance, so the result complements her features rather than changing them.

Same face. Better balance.

She also recently had microneedling, which supports collagen stimulation and refines skin texture and tone.

It's National Skincare Education Month, which felt like the right excuse to say something we don't say often enough: not all skincare is doing what the label implies.

Medical-grade skincare is formulated and dosed differently than what you'll find on a drugstore shelf, delivered in concentrations that can actually pe*****te the skin and produce a measurable change, not just sit on the surface. That's the difference between a product that feels nice and one that does something.

We carry lines like ZO Skin Health, SkinBetter, Alastin, Epionce, and iS Clinical for that reason, not because they're trendy, but because the formulations hold up to what we're asking them to do.

Stop in for the formula that's actually right for you.

By October, most skin is still carrying the summer.

Sunscreen, heat, and long days outside tend to show up the same way this time of year: congested pores, a dull surface, and skin that feels tight even when it looks oily. None of it is cause for concern. It is simply what skin looks like after a season of hard work.

The Express HydraFacial is built for this moment. Three steps: cleanse, extract, hydrate. It clears what has settled in, replenishes hydration, and gives your skin a clean starting point as the weather turns.

Right now, the Express HydraFacial is $199 and includes a complimentary Alastin travel-size product. Choose HA IMMERSE for hydration or C-RADICAL for antioxidant support. Our team will help you decide which suits your skin best.

If you are new to Wise, this is a comfortable place to start. It is a focused appointment, a first look at how we work, and an easy way to meet the team before any larger decisions. New clients also receive $50 toward a first treatment of $200 or more.

Book through the link in bio. 🤍

The clients who see the best results aren't just booking when something feels off. They're staying consistent.

Same-day rebooking is the easiest way to do that. Before you leave your appointment, lock in your next one and earn 400 points, a $20 value toward a future visit.

Your skin responds to consistency. The rebooking just makes it easier to show up for it.

Ask your provider at your next appointment.

Every client who walks through our door is placing their trust in the provider treating them. 🤍

That's why we don't hire quickly. We're growing again, and we're looking for a full-time Aesthetic NP who brings real clinical depth to the treatment room and genuinely cares about the experience each client has, from the first consultation to every follow-up after. We're also welcoming applications from experienced aesthetic RNs.

The right person approaches every face with anatomy, intention, and long-term thinking. They're comfortable telling a client what they actually need, even when it's less than what they came in asking for. And they want to be part of a practice built on trust, not volume.

If that sounds like you, or someone you know, email [email protected] to apply.
