Lately I’ve been reaching for more liquid vitamins and supplements, and I’ve honestly been loving how easy they are to take 👏🏼 I’ve especially been incorporating this liquid NAD into my routine because I’m always looking for simple ways to support energy, focus, and overall wellness naturally.

I always try to pack pieces made with natural fibers when we travel—lighter, more breathable, and just overall more comfortable for long days out. This would be so cute for Napa… or honestly any winery date close to home.
