Rest assured, every service, from Physical Therapy to Respite Care to Respiratory Therapy, is provided with respect and empathy. Additionally, we offer private rehabilitation suites. Our beautiful community is located in the heart of Carmel, IN between St. Vincent Carmel and IU North Hospital on North Pennsylvania Street.

We’re excited to bring our “Plate of the Week” culinary initiative right here into our community! 🍎🥦🥖

This friendly competition is all about enhancing the dining experience for our residents, focusing on thoughtful preparation, comforting flavors, and meals that truly feel like home. Each dish is created with both quality and nutrition in mind, while also honoring the preferences and dietary needs of those we serve.
We know that dining plays such an important role in daily life, and this initiative is helping us continue to elevate every meal - whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Our ultimate goal is to make each plate something our residents look forward to.

It’s been wonderful to see how this program is inspiring our team and bringing renewed focus to the dining experience. Because at the end of the day, great care includes great meals, and we’re proud to keep raising the bar in ways that truly matter to our residents! 🌟

Our Fourth of July was a big bang! ❤️🤍💙

Residents had a wonderful time celebrating America's 250th Independence Day with U.S. trivia, Rocket Bomb ice cream, patriotic flags, and a fun-filled patio party. It was a day full of laughter, friendly competition, sweet treats, and celebrating together as a community.

We loved making memories while honoring this special milestone in our nation's history. Happy Fourth of July!

We had a rootin’ tootin’ good time during our Western-themed Father’s Day celebration! 🤠💙 Residents gathered together for root beer floats, Western trivia, and a fun game of Western-themed Name That Tune featuring favorites from years gone by.

The afternoon was filled with plenty of great memories as we celebrated the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures in our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special!
