I’ve been using this C4 creatine blend because it mixes clean in plain water and actually tastes good.
The problem: it’s loaded with Red Dye 40, and I’m trying to get that out of my stack.
Creatine itself is worth keeping. It’s one of the most studied supplements we have—helps with strength, lean mass, training recovery, and there’s growing interest in brain energy and healthy aging, not just gym performance.
So I need a replacement that:
Uses creatine monohydrate (the form with the best evidence)
Mixes well
Tastes decent in water
Has no Red Dye 40
Bonus if it also has caffeine
