When you have an inverted breathing pattern, it locks up your abdominal wall, which pulls your rib cage down and puts extra tension on the scalene muscles in your neck, which is one of the reasons why so many people have tight necks no matter how much they stretch…

This, of course, significantly affects your posture and restricts the amount of oxygen your body receives.

And if you’re not getting enough oxygen, you’re probably experiencing digestive issues, fatigue, brain fog, low libido, moodiness, and so forth…

I tell my clients if they don’t practice the breathing exercises to correct their disrupted breathing patterns, any supplements they take are going to be significantly diminished by the lack of oxygen their body is receiving.

Therefore, supplements become a waste of money, in my opinion, if your breathing pattern isn’t working correctly!

This is one significant reason why simply addressing these infections without addressing the psychological side of things won’t result in long-term healing.

You may feel better short term, but it’s only a matter of time before you’re suppressed emotions will attract another infection again to hopefully wake you to the fact that deeper healing is necessary to resolve the underlying problem.

Plant Medicine/Psychedelics are an extremely powerful and transformational tool when used intelligently and intentionally, but if we put such a priority that medicine use independently will resolve our psychological issues, we’re missing other pieces of the puzzle.

The other pieces of the puzzle include addressing fungal and parasite infections, correcting mineral imbalances, heavy metal toxicity, nutrition, and getting adequate and integrated movement such as Qigong or Tai Chi.

If you’d like to educate yourself about this topic more, my beautiful soul friend and I will be doing an IG Live in the next week or so, expanding more into this rarely discussed topic.
