May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We know the path to parenthood can be challenging, which is why it's important to take care of the whole you.

Anxiety affected an estimated 1 in 5 women this past year (double the amount of men who experience anxiety disorders) - that is about 36 million women. Fortunately, there are many ways to cope with symptoms of anxiety, especially when you're navigating infertility.

💙 Seek support! Consider joining a virtual or in-person support group, or pursue individual therapy sessions to talk through your feelings, learn coping mechanisms or try a medication that might help you.
💙 Take time for yourself. While this is easier said than done, make time to participate in activities you enjoy and move your body!
💙 Rest. Get quality sleep and find moments in your day where you can take deep breaths and reset.
