She obtained her Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2015. With her expertise and dedication, she has improved the vision and quality of life for countless individuals. Her commitment to academic excellence earned her a place at the prestigious Indiana University School of Optometry, where she honed her skills and gained extensive knowledge in the field. During her time in optometry school, she completed externships in various modes of practice, including pediatrics, contact lenses, and ocular disease treatment/management. Upon graduation, Dr. Cain Parchman spent most of her 8+ year career in several primary care offices in Indianapolis and its surrounding cities. With a compassionate and patient-centered approach, Dr. Cain Parchman has become known for her exceptional care and expertise. Her ability to establish a rapport with her patients has earned her praise and respect from her patients, as evidenced by the hundreds of 5 star reviews she has accumulated in her 8+ years of practice. Dr. Cain Parchman understands the importance of creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, which helps ease any anxieties her patients may have during their visits. Dr. Cain Parchman started her new practice inside Warby Parker Clay Terrace in 2023. She sees patients aged 5 and up for both glasses and contacts, as well as medical eye health visits.
