🦁🌿 Wildlife Balance Adventure! 🦩🦒

In celebration of National Wildlife Day, Kelsea and Grace led our therapy group on a fun wildlife-inspired adventure! 🐒🐧

We started with upper- and lower-body exercises, then our residents walked to choose their own number, revealing a surprise animal underneath! Each animal had a different activity designed to challenge standing balance, strength, coordination, weight shifting, and functional mobility—from flamingo balance, giraffe reaches, penguin waddles, the strong & steady lion, and more!🦩🦒🦁

We love finding creative ways to make therapy functional, engaging, and FUN! 🌿🐾

Memory Care celebrated national beach day today!🌊☀️⛱️
The residents all loved the skirts and lei’s. Several residents showed us a hula dance! We also did a fun thing and asked them what their dream job was, we had several good responses(Residents&employee’s)
