If you walk into Quest labs, they charge a fee to draw your blood. As a midwife, is this a complimentary service and if you charge for it what do you think is a fair charge for the time, ordering, skill, supplies, and some states possibly certification and/or continuing education needed to understand and process labs.

While we celebrate midwives and this spectacular new documentary, we should also take the time to mourn with those who lost a beloved friend and mentor midwife. So many are sharing photos and stories of her inspiration, it was a gift to have known her.
