This past week, there was a huge exploit on the internet. Quest Diagnostics got hit and many smaller websites are vulnerable. You should always do the following
Have a password manager that creates your passwords for you. This is still the most effective way to make sure that your passwords are not vulnerable.
This is also great for planning for your retirement or when a second Midwife comes along you can share the password manager with them while knowing it's still encrypted.

I know this is already a law but if you want to speak to your legislators in Montana, laws can be changed. This is your community and ultimately, it sets a bad precedent for requirements for labor support by conflating it with insurance requirements. If it doesn't reflect your values, speak up to those who passed it. If it does, Montana doulas and mothers should be the ones who get to decide that.
