At Ginn Funeral Home, we understand how much Franklin Memorial Gardens North and South mean to the families and community of Franklin County. Cemeteries are sacred places of remembrance, honor, and love, and we know many families have questions and concerns regarding the recent issues surrounding the cemetery properties.

We want the community to be aware that Franklin Memorial Gardens North and South have entered into an agreement with the State of Georgia to address and correct the concerns that have been identified. The purpose of this agreement is to ensure improvements are made and that the cemeteries continue moving forward in a respectful and proper manner for the families who have loved ones laid to rest there.

While these matters take time, we are hopeful that the steps being taken will lead to positive progress, accountability, and continued care for the grounds. We encourage patience and understanding as work continues toward resolving these issues.
