Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. ❤️🤍💙

Our offices will be closed today in observance of Memorial Day and will reopen tomorrow during regular business hours.

As we reflect today, remember that taking care of your mental health is also an act of strength. Rest when you need to, check in with the people you care about, and give yourself permission to slow down.

Wishing everyone a safe, peaceful, and meaningful Memorial Day.

A lot of these phrases are said so casually that people stop realizing how harmful they can be.

“You’re lazy.”
“You just want attention.”
“Everybody’s stressed. You’re not special.”
“I’ve been through worse and I’m fine.”
“If you wanted help, you’d get it.”

Many people struggling with mental health have heard some version of these before.

The way we talk about mental health matters more than people think. Sometimes one sentence can either make someone feel understood — or make them stay silent longer.

Which slide stood out to you the most?

There are ways to make that transition a little easier, and we shared a few simple ones in this post.

💬 What’s one thing you could do this week to make Monday feel a little easier?
