It’s always interesting when patients show me exactly what they’ve been doing that led them here. 😂

The reality is that aches and pains usually aren’t caused by one single event. More often, they’re the result of repeated stress, poor movement habits, long hours sitting, lack of recovery, or asking our bodies to do things they’re not prepared for.

One day your body says, “No problem.” The next day it says, “Absolutely not.” 😅

Our bodies are designed to move, but they also need proper support, mobility, strength, and recovery to keep up with the demands we place on them.

If you’ve been dealing with nagging aches, stiffness, headaches, or discomfort, don’t ignore the warning signs. Your body is trying to tell you something.
