It was such an honor to spend the morning with Sara and this incredible group of friends. As a surprise before her October wedding, they gifted her a private yoga class at their beach house—and it couldn't have been a more meaningful way to celebrate.

The theme of our class was your tribe.

Marriage is a beautiful new chapter, but one of the greatest gifts we can carry with us into every season of life is a circle of women who truly know us. The friends who celebrate our happiest days, sit beside us through the hard ones, remind us of our strength when we forget, and love us through every version of ourselves.

Life will bring joy, change, heartbreak, laughter, babies, loss, new beginnings, and unexpected turns. Through it all, these friendships become our home base.
