Tiny Yogis is designed especially for children ages 3–5, this 30-minute session invites caregivers to participate alongside their child, creating a shared experience that’s both meaningful and fun.
Helen gently guides children through playful, age-appropriate yoga activities that weave together movement, mindfulness, and simple breathing techniques. Each class is thoughtfully structured to nurture growing minds and bodies—helping children develop focus, emotional awareness, balance, and coordination in a supportive environment. Through imaginative games, storytelling, and creative movement, kids build confidence and body awareness while learning skills they can carry into everyday life.

Growing Yogis will give your child a chance to unwind, build confidence, and have fun in this engaging elementary yoga class with Helen. Designed for children ages 5–11, this 45-minute class offers a supportive, kid-friendly space where participants can explore movement and mindfulness independently, without caregivers present.
Helen thoughtfully guides students through a blend of playful, age-appropriate yoga activities that integrate movement, mindfulness, and breath. Each session is designed to support growing bodies and developing minds—helping children strengthen focus, improve emotional regulation, and build balance, coordination, and body awareness. Through creative sequencing, games, and moments of calm reflection, students are encouraged to connect with themselves while also fostering a sense of community with their peers.
Offered as a weekly series, this class allows children to deepen their practice over time, building familiarity, confidence, and a strong foundation in yoga and mindfulness skills they can carry into school and everyday life.
