QiGong is an ancient Chinese practice that blends mindful movement, breath, meditation, and sound to calm the mind, support the nervous system, and cultivate inner balance and harmony. Central to QiGong is Qi — the body’s vital life force. Through gentle movements, we cultivate, circulate, and harmonize Qi, supporting physical vitality, emotional balance, and a greater sense of ease throughout the body.

This 5-week series focuses on the energy of summer and the Fire element — associated with expansion, warmth, radiance, joy, connection, and being fully alive. In the Five Element tradition, summer invites us into openness of heart, embodied presence, and authentic expression. Aligning with this seasonal energy can support greater harmony within ourselves and with the rhythms of nature.

Classes are accessible to both beginners and experienced practitioners alike, moving at a steady, unhurried pace with grounding and flowing sequences. Over five weeks, you’ll gradually build familiarity with the movements while cultivating a deeper sense of vitality, joyful presence, inner warmth, and embodied balance.

This Saturday, join experienced prenatal yoga instructors and Neda Dowlatshahi for a three-hour workshop designed to support both the birthing person and their chosen birth partner(s) as they prepare for labor. This interactive, informative session will offer practical tools and hands-on techniques that can be used throughout the late stages of pregnancy and during childbirth — no matter your birth plan or setting.

Together, we’ll explore:
-Breathwork to help manage intensity and regulate the nervous system
-Mantras and mindfulness techniques to stay focused and grounded
-Partner-supported poses that can ease discomfort and create connection
-Simple massage techniques and comfort positions to use during labor

This workshop is ideal for pregnant individuals in any stage of their second or third trimester and the partner, friend, or support person who will be by their side during birth. It’s also a great opportunity to deepen your connection, improve communication, and build confidence as a team. You’ll leave with a better understanding of how to work with your body during labor, as well as how your partner can provide meaningful, hands-on support throughout the experience.

Tiny Yogis is designed especially for children ages 3–5, this 30-minute session invites caregivers to participate alongside their child, creating a shared experience that’s both meaningful and fun.

Helen gently guides children through playful, age-appropriate yoga activities that weave together movement, mindfulness, and simple breathing techniques. Each class is thoughtfully structured to nurture growing minds and bodies—helping children develop focus, emotional awareness, balance, and coordination in a supportive environment. Through imaginative games, storytelling, and creative movement, kids build confidence and body awareness while learning skills they can carry into everyday life.

This is a drop-in class, so you can join whenever it fits your schedule. Whether your child is full of energy or just beginning to explore group activities, this class offers a calm, engaging space to move, connect, and grow.

Growing Yogis will give your child a chance to unwind, build confidence, and have fun in this engaging elementary yoga class with Helen. Designed for children ages 5–11, this 45-minute class offers a supportive, kid-friendly space where participants can explore movement and mindfulness independently, without caregivers present.

Helen thoughtfully guides students through a blend of playful, age-appropriate yoga activities that integrate movement, mindfulness, and breath. Each session is designed to support growing bodies and developing minds—helping children strengthen focus, improve emotional regulation, and build balance, coordination, and body awareness. Through creative sequencing, games, and moments of calm reflection, students are encouraged to connect with themselves while also fostering a sense of community with their peers.

Offered as a weekly series, this class allows children to deepen their practice over time, building familiarity, confidence, and a strong foundation in yoga and mindfulness skills they can carry into school and everyday life.
