🦷 We’ve had quite a few new faces join the page lately, so we thought it was the perfect time to introduce you to the new owners of Carrington Dental Care, Chaz and Taylor Bauer! 💙
Taylor is the daughter of Tanya and Mike Sabinash and grew up just down the road in Kensal, North Dakota. She graduated from Pingree High School, where she kept busy playing volleyball, basketball and running track. She went on to the University of Jamestown, where she played volleyball and earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Business.
From there, Taylor traded North Dakota for Nashville, Tennessee, where she attended John A. Gupton College and earned her degree in Mortuary Science and funeral director’s license. These days, you’ll find her working at CHI St. Alexius Health Carrington, continuing to lend a hand in funeral service when needed, and spending some of her free time coaching JO volleyball.
Chaz is the son of Marty Bauer and Jodi Hovdenes and was born and raised right here in Carrington. Growing up, he spent his time playing football, wrestling, and running track. After high school, he attended the University of North Dakota, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology with an emphasis in Professional Health Sciences.
He then headed to Omaha, Nebraska, to attend Creighton University School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After dental school, Chaz made his way back home to Carrington, and somewhere along the way, he met the love of his life, Taylor. ❤️
The two were married last September and have made their home on a farm outside of Carrington with their two dogs. When they aren’t working or spending time with family, you can usually find them outside, hunting, fishing, or finding another project to keep themselves busy!
For Chaz, owning Carrington Dental Care means getting the opportunity to care for people in the same community that raised him. Together, Chaz and Taylor are excited to put down even deeper roots here, get to know the families who walk through the doors, and be a part of this community for many years to come.
Whether you’ve known Chaz and Taylor for years or are just getting to know them now, they’re looking forward to seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, and serving the community they’re proud to call home! 🦷
