Over the next few weeks, be watching for our Meet the Team Mondays! This is a fun way to get to know each of the staff here at Carroll Eye Care Associates.

First off is Dr. Thomas Parrish, an owner and one of our Optometrists. Dr. Parrish is from Auburn, NE which makes him a Husker Fan; living in Carroll has been rough 😆. Him and his wife, Maggie, have two sons. Eli is 12 and JT is 9 along with their fur baby, Herbie who is 2. If Dr. Parrish had to choose Scooters or Starbucks, you’ll see him with a Hot Americano from Starbucks!

Congratulations to our NCAA tournament bracket winners and LOSER. It was a close race this year! We are still old school with paper brackets and manual scorekeeping. It’s always a fun time!

1st place: Jamie (81 points)
2nd place: Becky Jo (80 points, won tiebreaker)
3rd place: Dr. Parrish (80 points)
Biggest loser: Yainely (46 points)

I just want to take a moment to thank all of you for your kind comments and likes in regard to my retirement from Carroll Eye Care. Over the years I was fortunate to work with some wonderful doctors starting with HK Richardson and Dr. Scott Richardson, Dr. William McIntosh and Dr. Thomas Parrish along with some great staff. I will truly miss the opportunity I have had to work with so many wonderful patients .Thank you all again as I move onto the next chapter in my life.

Today is a tough day for the Carroll Eye Care family. Becky Jo Dillehay is retiring after 48 years of dedicated service and loyalty to our practice. Words cannot begin to describe the gratitude we have, and she will be greatly missed by all of us and the countless patients she has impacted over the years. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!
