No-bake Adaptogen Energy Balls

These little powerhouses taste like dessert but support your nervous system all day long. Here's what you need:
1 cup chopped nuts or seeds
1 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp tahini or nut butter
½ tsp each of ashwagandha, maca, and reishi powder

Blend, roll into balls, chill for 30 minutes, and enjoy 2-3 per day. Simple, delicious, and good for your stress response!
