Meet Barb Marra! ❤️ Barb has been a cherished member of the Carroll family for just under a year, and she has quickly become a favorite among residents and staff alike.

With her bright smile and quick wit, Barb has a special way of bringing laughter and joy to everyone she meets.

When asked what she loves most about living at Carroll, Barb shared that she enjoys the activities, delicious meals, and the peaceful atmosphere that makes Carroll feel like home.

Barb's favorite subject in school was science, which inspired her to become an LPN—a career she dedicated more than 30 years to helping others.

For the past 3 years, Darlene has been an important part of our Carroll team as our Dietary Manager. Her dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence help make a difference every day.

Darlene is proud of her kitchen team for always stepping up, supporting one another, and lending a helping hand whenever needed. Together, they work hard to create meals and experiences that bring smiles to our residents’ faces. 💙

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Darlene shared that she loves meeting the needs and wishes of our residents and making their days a little brighter.

She also shared her favorite recipe for life:
