Pranee is the one who makes sure everything keeps running—yes, even keeping the lights on (literally and figuratively). But what really sets her apart is how deeply she believes in our vision.

She has played a major role in turning that vision into reality. What started as an idea is now a true purpose—and Pranee is a driving force behind keeping that purpose moving forward every single day.

Her heart for helping people shines through in everything she does, and it’s reflected in the success and impact we have as a company.

Meet Bonner Hankey, our Operations Manager at SOLA Prosthetics.

With many years of experience in the O&P industry, Bonner has truly seen it all—and he uses that knowledge to help shape everything we do. As a licensed practitioner assistant, he also plays an active role in facilitating patient care, making sure our standards are carried through from process to patient.

Bonner is instrumental in ensuring that every system at SOLA Prosthetics is centered around one thing: what’s best for our patients. His leadership helps guide our team to constantly improve and find better ways to serve those who trust us with their care.

The way we approach patient care isn’t just a system—it’s a mindset shared across the entire organization—and Bonner is a big part of that.

He’s an incredibly valuable member of our team and one of the reasons we are who we are today.

Meet Michael Williams, our Lab Manager and an ABC-certified technician at SOLA Prosthetics.

As an above-knee amputee himself, Michael brings a level of passion, perspective, and precision that shows up in every piece of work that comes out of our lab. His attention to detail and commitment to quality aren’t just standards—they’re personal.

Michael works side by side with every lab technician, not only supporting them but training them to uphold the SOLA Prosthetics way. That consistency and craftsmanship behind the scenes are a big part of what sets us apart.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

At SOLA Prosthetics, we are especially grateful for the courage, strength, and selflessness shown by those who served. Today is about more than a long weekend—it’s about remembering the heroes who gave everything so we could enjoy the freedoms we have every day.

Meet Josh Thornton, one of our outstanding Prosthetists at SOLA Prosthetics.

As a below-knee amputee himself, Josh brings a level of passion and understanding that truly sets him apart. He doesn’t just relate to our patients—he gets it on a level you can’t teach. That perspective drives him to go above and beyond in every aspect of care.

Josh is incredibly thorough and intentional. He takes the time to walk each patient through every detail, making sure they not only understand the process but feel confident, comfortable, and supported the entire way.

What really makes Josh incredible is his commitment to excellence. He’s constantly pushing to get the best possible outcome for every patient, never settling for “good enough.” His combination of skill, empathy, and relentless drive is rare—and it shows in the results he delivers.
