LOW BACK REHAB SERIES
Low back pain is often more than just the low back itself. Tight hips, weak core muscles, poor glute activation, and movement compensation patterns can all place extra stress on the spine over time.
When certain muscles stop doing their job correctly, the body begins compensating — and the low back commonly takes the overload.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be progressing through a step-by-step rehab series covering:
Phase #1 - Mobility
Phase #2 - Core Activation
Phase #3 - Glute Activation
Phase #4 - Strength & Stability
DAY 1 starts with:
• Hip Flexor Stretch
• Hamstring Stretch
These are two common areas that can contribute to pelvic compensation and increased low back stress.
We’ll be posting short videos throughout each phase. So come back tomorrow and follow along as we progress through this low back rehab series.
