Join us for a community Garage Sale hosted by CRMC in partnership with the Kindful Foundation on June 13 from 8 AM–1 PM in the CRMC parking lot.

We’ll also have participation from Castle Hills Medical Group, Carter BloodCare, and additional community vendors.

Best of all, 100% of proceeds will benefit the Kindful Foundation.

This month is a reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health. It affects how we think, feel, and navigate everyday life, and it deserves care, attention, and support at every stage.

Taking small steps can make a meaningful difference. Prioritizing rest, staying connected with others, moving your body, and asking for help when you need it are all part of maintaining overall well-being. No one should feel like they have to manage everything alone.
