Why do you sometimes finally release feelings that were never actually yours to carry? 🪽

Some emotions get stored somewhere deep instead of processed immediately, until a vault break finally opens what couldn't be looked at clearly in the moment it arrived.

That vault break doesn't happen randomly. It opens once there's finally enough space to look directly at weight that had nowhere else to settle before.

Empaths experience an especially full version of this vault break, releasing emotional weight that was never fully theirs to begin with once enough space finally opens.

Empath, if a vault break has released a feeling that never quite made sense as fully your own, that release was overdue rather than sudden. It was always meant to open eventually.

Lightworker missions require this kind of vault break regularly, since carrying unprocessed weight indefinitely eventually limits how much more the mission can actually hold.

Let the vault break open. Not everything stored there was ever meant to stay indefinitely, and most of it settles the moment it's finally looked at directly.

Some souls tend to have profound inner knowing, wisdom, and strength-not because their muscles have been worked but because their inner resilience has had to develop. They realize that as they heal they have an expanded awareness that has shifted from fear-based to connection seeking. In living from this place of healing, purpose, and connection-seeking intuition the healing and healed trauma survivor become a thriver or Way Shower; guides whose personal stories bring “me too” healing and more.

🗣️Wise words once spoken to me: “If you keep carrying what doesn’t belong to you, you are robbing the person it belongs to of their karma”.

📝Don’t think of karma as consequences in the form of punishment for some wrong doing, but as necessary life lessons and the results of the learning.

🎯The black sheep are usually the shadow aspect of the Empath. The strongest one in the family typically carries the projections of those around them thinking that those projections are their identity. When an Empath heals, the shell of projections falls away revealing the beautiful light that was hidden, waiting to be uncovered and reclaimed. The resiliency gained is then integrated into a new sense of identity.

☄️The healing does not come by fighting against those projectiles, that’s wasted energy, but it is ALLOWED by acknowledging and giving those parts denied by others the love they needed before the damage was done. This can occur without continuing to own them and without continuing to accept their trajectory.

🔥Alchemical Healing vs Spiritual Psychosis🔥

🌀Spiritual ego inflation /delusion and psychosis- a real thing . This is exactly why many ancient wisdom teachings were guarded and only shared through true initiation and reverence . This wasn’t necessarily gatekeeping to keep it secret or hidden from the masses, it was so a person would dedicate themselves to go through the necessary alchemical healing process-knowledge acquisition, experimentation, discovery, activation, embodiment, release, transformation, integration, retransformation, rerelease, re-embodiment, rediscovery, return-in order to be coherent and resonant so as to live the teachings of the ascension pathway.

🧙‍♀️This can be done two different ways- the hard way or the harder way. Lol.
My advice- seek guidance, not from just anyone but from someone experienced and well informed, someone heart centered and grounded in practical living while holding spiritual sovereignty and deep faith.
