If you are wanting to join in and get some stepping for yourself play your favorite music (I recommend some Chaka Khan) and the following routine:

Marching in place - 1 min
10x Arm Raises
10x Heel taps (each side)
10x Step out (each side)
10x Arm Push (chest level)
10x Core Twist
Speed bags (30 seconds each direction)
