‼️Class tonight is canceled!
There will be no yoga class this evening. Our regulars are unavailable tonight, so we'll take this week off and look forward to seeing everyone next time!
If you're ever planning to join a class for the first time, or if you don't regularly attend, feel free to send me a quick message beforehand. It helps me make sure I don't accidentally cancel a class when new faces are planning to come.

Here’s a yoga pose for Easter, you can try. 🐰🐇

Rabbit Pose (or sasangasana) lengthens the spine and stretches the back, arms, and shoulders (please don’t try if you have injury in those areas). You can place a blanket under your knees and/or head for cushioning.
