Keep it fresh and clean!

Washing your fruits is the best way to remove dirt and bacteria before you snack. Here’s a quick way to do it:
1️⃣ Rinse: Run under cool water for 30–60 seconds.
2️⃣ Soak (Optional): For berries or leafy fruits, soak in a bowl of water with a splash of white vinegar for 5–10 minutes.
3️⃣ Dry: Pat dry with a clean paper towel or kitchen cloth.

Simple as that! Your body will thank you.

💕 The "Fourth Trimester" matters. Postpartum care is NOT a one-time checkup—it’s an ongoing necessity for your health and healing.

Too often, the focus shifts entirely to the new baby, but the person who gave birth needs deep care, too. Your postpartum visits are vital milestones to ensure you are recovering safely both physically and emotionally.

⚠️RECALL ALERT FOR CARSON CITY RESIDENTS ⚠️

Check your pantries, Carson City! Prime Food Processing LLC has issued a voluntary safety warning and recall for its unbranded "Dried Herring Fish" due to a potential botulism poisoning risk.

The affected product was distributed to Asian grocery stores across 17 states—including Nevada. The fish was not properly gutted (uneviscerated), meaning it may harbor dangerous Clostridium botulinum spores.

🔍 How to Identify the Product:
- Product Name: Dried Herring Fish (Tunsoy)
- Packaging: Clear, plastic 7 oz. bag with a blue trim banner
- Item Number: Code: 26020
- Expiration Date: June 12, 2028

What You Need to Do:
- Do not eat this fish.
- Throw it away in a secure trash can (the FDA recommends double-bagging it first so animals or others can't access it) OR return it to the store where you bought it.
- Monitor your health if you have already consumed it. Botulism symptoms can appear within 6 hours to 10 days and include dizziness, blurred/double vision, slurred speech, muscle weakness, and trouble swallowing or breathing. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience these symptoms.

For questions regarding the recall, you can contact Prime Food Processing LLC directly at 718-963-2323 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).
