We got to spend some family love time this weekend with a little October magic. 🧡

The family was shocked that I served hot dogs. 😆 I wanted something quick and easy to fit the theme. I found the healthiest hotdogs and pre-made rolls I could get.

No tea for me today.

It looked promising. Rain. 🌧
I hurried home so I could put on my selfcare hoodie and work on the patio to enjoy the rain. If you've been here a while, you know rain = hot cocoa for me. Some traditions I can not part with.

But, by the time my cocoa was ready and I got to the patio, the sun was out. Noooo 😟

By the way, yup.... it's a much bigger mug than usual. However, I use a milk alternative and very little sugar in my cocoa. So, it's guilt-free, low fat, low calorie, and filling. It's sorta my lunch and dessert in mug. 🤣🤣🤣

Now, here's the funny/odd/spooky part. This box arrived just as I started reading THE MEASURE. It's a book about a random box that arrives at your front door.

I'm only on page 2... seriously, I just started when my package arrived. 📦 But it's not March, so I'm safe. IYKYK. 😁

In all the years with my busy lifestyle, I have never wished that I could clone myself.

What I have wished for was having a personal secretary. How elevated - ROYAL. 👑

Nonetheless, I am excited to dive into this book - HOW TO CLONE YOURSELF. The quiz revealed that I’m in my DIRECTOR era... and it's time for a promotion.

Bring. It. On. 😁

That's as far as I've gotten thus far. A personal secretary hasn't materialized yet. And I haven't gotten to the cloning chapters. So there's still a lot of responsibilities on my plate that's keeping me from reading more. 🤣

I already know that this is going to be a great journey.

The weather may not have gotten the memo, but autumn has arrived. 🍂🍁🍄

I created a self-care basket for the new season. I simply "shopped" things around my home that bring me joy. This is a perfect time to get started with a self-care basket, box, or tote of your own.
