Self-Reflection is important because it allows you the opportunity to assess YOU. To be honest with yourself and push yourself to the next level.

Being Locked In is about more than what you do on the court. It’s about the person you’re becoming when nobody is watching.

Ask yourself:

-Did I give my best effort today, even when I didn’t feel like it?
-How do I respond when someone corrects me?
-Am I coachable, or do I make excuses?
-What is one habit I need to change to become a better version of myself?
-Am I the kind of teammate I would want beside me?
-What do I do when things don’t go my way?
-Do my actions match the goals I say I want?
-What is something I’m proud of myself for?
-When was the last time I encouraged someone else?
-What am I doing today that my future self will thank me for?
-Do I work hard only when someone is watching?
-What does being a leader look like when you’re not the best player on the team?
-How do I handle losing, disappointment, or making mistakes?
-What is one thing I can do better at school, at home, or in my community?
-Who am I becoming through the choices I make every day?

You don’t have to be perfect. You do have to be willing to grow.
