🧠 145 Words… One Amazing Challenge! 🇺🇸

Our Activities Department had a wonderful time hosting Derick Dollar today! 🎉

Using only the letters in “United States of America,” our amazing residents worked together and came up with an incredible 145 different words! 👏📝

Activities like these are a fun way to keep our minds active, encourage teamwork, and share lots of laughs along the way. We are so proud of everyone who participated and gave it their best!

A special thank you to Machelle and Marissa for organizing another engaging activity, and for bringing such a fun and interactive word game to our residents.

From all of us at Townsend Park Health & Rehabilitation, we would like to wish the students, teachers, staff, and families of Bartow County Schools and Cartersville City Schools a wonderful first day back to school!

A new school year brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make lasting memories. We hope this year is filled with success, kindness, laughter, and exciting adventures for every student.

We are collecting school supplies to make sure the children of our community have the tools they need to succeed this year! Starting tomorrow, July 7 through July 31 our donation box will be in the front lobby from 9 to 5 every day.

Our residents had a wonderful time celebrating Independence Day with great music, laughter, and smiles all around. It was truly a day filled with joy and special memories!

A very special THANK YOU to Mr. Satterfield for spending part of your holiday with us and providing such wonderful music for our residents to enjoy. Your kindness and generosity made the celebration even more memorable, and we are so grateful for your time and talent.

💙 Wishing Sydney the Very Best! 💙

Today, our Townsend Park Health & Rehabilitation family gathered to celebrate and wish our wonderful Dietary Manager, Sydney, all the best as she begins an exciting new chapter in her career.

Sydney has been so much more than a Dietary Manager. She has been a dedicated team member who always went above and beyond for our residents, their families, and our staff. Whether she was preparing delicious meals with care, helping decorate for special events, or simply lending a helping hand wherever it was needed, Sydney’s positive attitude and compassionate heart made a difference every single day.

While we are sad to see her go, we are incredibly grateful for the dedication, kindness, and hard work she has shared with the Townsend Park family. Her impact on our residents and team will not be forgotten, and she will truly be missed.

Please join us in thanking Sydney for everything she has done and wishing her continued success and happiness as she begins this new journey. We know she will do amazing things, and we are cheering her on every step of the way.
