And He said...Let there be light!

The Construction Crew of Pineview Senior Living is currently working on the installation of 14 circular chandeliers for both the Main Dining Room and the Multi-Use Lounge. Each chandelier will have thirty (30) lights for a total of 420 in those two areas alone!

A bit of history on the project...when the drop ceiling was removed from both areas, it revealed a beautiful vaulted ceiling with wood planking against which the beams are placed. These two settings will be some of the many stunning and welcoming environments for our Residents and their Families to call Home.

So...on Wednesday, August 12th, Pineview Senior Living in Cartersville was fortunate to have a visit by the Mayor of Cartersville, Matt Santini!

We met the Mayor in our Sales and Leasing Center, showed him blueprints of the building, and renderings of what will be our completed project as we work towards an October opening. Then we progressed to the Community so that he could see our vision in motion!

Having been Mayor of Cartersville for twenty years, he was impressed by the progress and life this Community will bring to Seniors and the City!

Mayor Santini is joined here by Joe Brinjak, Vice-President of Asset Management for LK Asset Advisors, and Lisa Jackart, Director of Sales and Marketing for Pineview Senior Living.

On Tuesday, August 4th, the inaugural meeting of the Bartow Senior Connections group met at the Bartow Senior Center, on Zena Drive in Cartersville! The first senior network niche of its kind in Bartow County, Bartow Senior Connections was nicely attended. We were blessed and graced by representatives from several avenues in senior living, all dedicated to serving and improving senior services in Bartow and beyond!

Carol McDaniel, Director of the Center and its Nutrition Program, kindly hosted the event which was orchestrated by Pineview Senior Living, a 133-apartment assisted living and memory care community located at 20 Tellus Drive in Cartersville, GA.

The group will meet on the first Tuesday of each month at the Center. In addition to our networking, we expect to benefit the Senior Center and general Community, as we give back to Cartersville through several fundraising efforts and guest speaker engagements.

We hope to see you at Bartow Senior Connections, and we continue to be excited about the beautiful renovations progressing at Pineview Senior Living as we move toward an October opening date!

Today, Lisa Jackart, Sales and Marketing Director, and Tony Grieco, Executive Director of Pineview Senior Living, visited the Oaks at Towne Lake for the Senior Care Collective. It was a great meeting, and we announced to our colleagues that we have beautifully furnished two model rooms and would begin touring select areas of Pineview. While we're not yet done, we are so excited to see the continued progress! Call Lisa or Tony to set up an appointment to visit!

Hello...My name is Tony Grieco and I'm the Executive Director of Pineview Senior Living and Memory Care in Cartersville, Georgia. This is a 175 person assisted living and memory care Community located just north of Cartersville, in front of the Tellus Science Museum.

Managed by LK Asset Advisors in Nashville, Tennessee, Pineview was formerly a hotel which is being renovated as a beautiful Home for seniors of Cartersville and surrounding areas. We're excited to announce and present Pineview, where progress is moving well with an anticipated completion date over the next few months and a full array of services.

We'll keep you posted on our continuing efforts with key announcements and pictures along the way as we near our opening date.
