We’re thrilled to announce that we are now in-network with several major insurance providers, including:

If you have one of these plans, your visits going forward can be billed through your insurance. We will verify your benefits before your next visit so you know what's covered and what's not, with no surprises.

Today is Sam’s birthday. 💛

Sam Harvey has been a licensed practical nurse for fifteen years. Inpatient rehab, urgent care, home health, family practice. She cares for people at every stage of their lives, in every kind of setting a nurse can work in. She is a patient advocate to the core. She does not let people get lost in the cracks.

Sam helped build this practice from the ground up. She is a co-founder of SI Vitality, and she has been since the first day it was an idea.

Sam is a mom of four. She is a wife. She is the ride or die friend. She loves fiercely and shows up for the people she cares about the same way every time, at home and at work. 🩵

Sam is the calm in the chaos. The sound reason in the room when everything is falling apart. She is stubborn in the way people become stubborn when they have had to be strong for everyone around them their whole lives. She has a dark nursing sense of humor that only the ones who have seen too much ever really develop. She is loyal to the bone. She is the kind of nurse you pray takes care of you in your darkest moments or when your body is crashing, because she is phenomenal at what she does, with intuition and critical thinking most people spend a career trying to build. And she has a soft spot for the underdogs. The people who get overlooked. The ones nobody else is fighting for.

She is the quiet one in the room who catches what everyone else misses. The patient who is scared but not saying it. The coworker running on fumes. The moment where something needs to be said and nobody is saying it. She sees it. She always has. And she meets it with the kind of steadiness you cannot fake.

She has earned every ounce of the trust people place in her, every day, for fifteen years.

So Sam, we hope today was exactly what you needed. We hope you slept in. We hope you did only what you wanted to do today. We hope you were pampered and shown the same unconditional love you show everyone around you.

Before Your IV:

🩺 Lab Tests: You will need to complete necessary lab work within the last 30 days before your appointment, including CBC, CMP, and magnesium levels, to ensure we understand your current health status.

🩺 Medication Review: We check your entire medication and supplement list to avoid any harmful interactions.

🩺 Screening: We assess for conditions like MCAS and allergic reactions. If you’re prone to reactions, we will premedicate and closely monitor your first infusion.

During Your IV:

Happy Mother's Day! 🌷 Today, I’m enjoying a delightful break from both the clinic and the hospital, leaving my calendar in utter disbelief. Sam is off today, which means my ducks are unsupervised and running free range. 🦆

My wonderful family is stepping up to help tackle my to-do list 📋 and household chores, and I can’t express enough gratitude for their support.

This day is not simple for everyone.

🌸 Thinking of the moms whose moms are no longer here. 🤍

🌸 Thinking of the moms whose moms are still here but unreachable, or never safe to be reached.

🌸 Thinking of the women who have lost babies, the ones who came too early, the ones who never got to come at all, the ones whose names only their parents say out loud anymore. 🕊️

🌸 Thinking of the women in the long, quiet middle of fertility journeys that have not gone the way they hoped.

🌸 Thinking of the women who chose not to have children, or could not, and have built beautiful lives, the world keeps trying to ask them to explain.

🌸 Thinking of the stepmoms, the adoptive moms, the foster moms, the aunts and grandmothers, and bonus moms and chosen family who do the work without the title.

🌸 Thinking of the fur baby moms. 🐾

🌸 Thinking of the moms doing it alone, the moms parenting kids who need extra, the moms whose own bodies have been a battlefield, the moms holding it all together while quietly falling apart.

🌸 And thinking of the partners, friends, sisters, and chosen people who hold space for any of the women above. You are doing sacred work. We see you too. 🤲

If today is heavy for you for any of those reasons, or any reason we did not name, we see you. This day counts for you too. 🩵

Today, do whatever shape of love feels honest. Be with whoever is your person. Be by yourself. Rest. Cry. Eat something good. Call someone. Don't call anyone. Sit in the sun for ten minutes. Do absolutely nothing if that is what the day calls for.

Our clinic is closed today. Phones are quiet. I give my staff every holiday off because they are the reason this practice runs, and they deserve to be with their families.

Happy National Nurses Week!

I want to tell you about Sam. 🩵

Most of you know her as our clinical lead. What you might not know is that Sam is one of the reasons SI Vitality exists at all.

Samantha Harvey, LPN. 15 years a nurse; by choice, not by accident. There is a kind of person who sees a hard moment and walks toward it instead of away from it. Sam is that kind of person. She has been that kind of person at the bedside, in urgent care, in living rooms during home health visits, and in family practice exam rooms for 15 years. She has met patients newly diagnosed, mid-flare, post-hospital, scared, exhausted, hopeful. Somewhere along the way she learned how to meet every single one of them exactly where they were.

She did not learn that just from nursing. She learned it from being a mom too.

Sam is a mama bear. A fierce protector. An advocate for her kids in every room she walks into; including the ones where she has had to fight to be heard. If you have ever had to advocate for someone you love against a system that wasn’t built for them, you already understand why she nurses the way she does. She brings that same energy to every patient who walks through our door.

I had the privilege of working alongside her nine years ago when I was a brand new NP. So when I started building this practice, I didn’t hire a stranger. I asked one of the best nurses I knew if she would build it with me, and she said yes when there was almost nothing to say yes to yet. Just a vision and a whole lot of work.

She has stayed through every version of it. The hard months and the good ones. The moments where neither of us knew what came next and we just kept going.

Inside these walls we call her “farmer Sam, or Sam 2.0.” Because when my ducks start wandering Sam rounds them all back up. Without being asked. Without making it a big deal. Without judgement. She meets me where I’m at.

She is the steady. She is the calm.

If you have texted us with a question that came back fast and warm, that was probably Sam.
If you have come in stressed and left a little more grounded, she had a hand in that.

If you have ever been at SI Vitality and felt taken care of in a way you couldn’t quite name, that’s the Sam effect.

Sam, thank you from the bottom of my heart. For 15 years of showing up for patients. For being the kind of mom who fights for her kids. For believing in this when there was almost nothing to believe in yet. For staying through every thick and every thin. For being the heart this clinic was built around. 🩵
