DNC Facility Services is hiring a Field Trainer / Quality Control Lead in the Carthage / Ark-La-Tex area, and this isn’t just another job—it’s an opportunity to build leadership experience and grow with a company that’s been serving the region since 1982.

Here’s what makes this opportunity stand out:
✅ Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week
✅ Starting at $16.50/hour with room to grow based on performance
✅ Clear advancement path: Field Trainer/QC Lead → Senior Field Lead → Account Manager → Leadership
✅ Hands-on training in specialty services like floor care, stripping & waxing, carpet cleaning, tile & grout, and window cleaning
✅ Full-time position
✅ Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

This is a hands-on, field-based leadership position. You’ll train new employees, coach teams, inspect job sites, help launch new accounts, and make sure every location meets the DNC standard.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys teaching others, pays attention to the details, communicates well, and isn’t afraid to step up when something needs to be corrected.

During cancer treatment, cleaning the house should be the last thing someone has to worry about. 💗

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to support those facing breast cancer and to shine a light on resources that can make the journey a little easier.

One of those resources is Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit organization that provides free professional home cleaning to cancer patients across the United States and Canada. Eligible patients receive two free home cleanings, helping remove one everyday burden so they can focus more of their energy on their health, recovery, and time with the people they love.

Since 2006, Cleaning for a Reason and its partners have helped more than 65,000 cancer patients and their families, providing over $23 million in donated cleaning services.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we simply want more families to know this help exists.
