We’re still smiling after an incredible evening celebrating Prosper with our patients, friends, community partners, and neighbors!

From the “Old Man” PT Challenge (which definitely brought out some competitive sides 👀) to great conversations, giveaways, and a few words from Joe about the heart behind Prosper, we couldn’t have asked for a better Open House.

A special thank you to Augment Wellness, Forum Health, Livano Cary and Clean Coaching Mama for contributing to our wellness basket and helping us make the evening even more special. We’re so grateful for the local businesses and community partners who continue to support Prosper! 💙

And most importantly, thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of this community and to continue helping people feel better, move better, and live better.

What a weekend at the USA Powerlifting Southeast Regionals! 💪🏋️

The Prosper team had a great time supporting athletes throughout the weekend with hands-on PT care, including massage, cupping, dry needling, and recovery support to help them feel and perform their best.

We loved meeting so many incredible lifters and being part of such a strong community. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Prosper booth, chatted with us, or hopped on the table for some treatment!

Strong bodies need recovery, too. 💪

Think your hips are up for the challenge? 👟💪

Our Prosper PTs took on the , a fun test of hip mobility, control, and coordination. The goal is to start on your back, flip onto your stomach and then flip onto your back again all while keeping one shoe balanced on the other foot. Think you can do it without dropping the shoe? 👀

Better yet… think you can beat our PTs? 😏

Come test your skills with fun PT challenges at our Open House on Monday, September 28 from 5–7 PM! The link to RSVP is in our stories 🔗
