Mother’s Day can hold so many different emotions. Today, we celebrate the mothers in all forms. Those holding babies in their arms, those holding children in their hearts, those navigating fertility journeys, those grieving losses, and those still waiting and hoping.

New moms group is meeting again Monday May 11th at Bumble Brews Play Cafe () in Cary. Join us for a relaxed morning of coffee, conversation, and connection with other new moms. Bring your baby, grab a latte, and find your village.

🌟 When: Monday May 11th 9:30-10:30am
🌟 Where: Bumble Brews Play Cafe (2464 SW Cary Parkway, Cary, NC 27513)
🌟 Cost: Group attendance is free for moms & little ones under 6 months old (additional costs for drinks, snacks, and open play for kids older than 6 months old. Say “Milestones” at check-in for a discount on open play!)

Happy IBCLC Day!

Today we are so excited to celebrate our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) and the amazing work they do!

IBCLCs are the highest level of trained breastfeeding and chestfeeding professionals. They not only help with latch and positioning, they also support families through:
✨ feeding challenges
✨ milk supply concerns
✨ pumping and returning to work
✨ tongue ties and oral function
✨ infant weight gain
✨ maternal health and comfort
✨ emotional support and confidence

Breastfeeding can be beautiful, but at times it can also be really hard. Having an IBCLC means having trusted, evidence-based team member in your corner when things don’t go as planned.

We are so proud of the compassionate, skilled care our IBCLCs provide every single day. They meet families with empathy, science, and zero judgment and we are so lucky to have them on our team.
