Practicing what I preach today.... work isn't going anywhere, the laundry isn't going anywhere, the family isn't going anywhere - it will all be there, even if you step away for a moment.

So I took the day off, booked a massage, and a sauna light therapy session afterwards. I must admit it was a great 3hrs - just to focus on ME. 10/10 I highly recommend you PRIORITIZE yourself from time to time.
