🍴 DTA is in a FEEDING FRENZY!

And for good reason! Feeding Therapy evaluations AND ongoing sessions are now widely available across DTA’s Durham, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem offices!

We’re especially excited to be expanding our Winston-Salem team with a new Occupational Therapist specializing in Feeding Therapy, giving Triad families even more access to feeding support.

From picky eating and limited food variety to sensory challenges, difficult mealtimes, and other feeding concerns, our team is ready to help families make progress toward happier, more successful mealtimes.

☀️ Make the most of the final days of summer.

Before backpacks are packed and the first day of kindergarten arrives, give your little learner one more week to build confidence, make new friends, and strengthen the foundational literacy skills they'll carry into the classroom.

The DTA Kindergarten Reading Readiness Camp is designed for rising kindergarten students and combines stories, crafts, play-based learning, and hands-on activities to help children practice key early literacy skills in a fun and encouraging environment.

📚 Throughout the week, campers will explore:
✨ Rhyming
✨ Alliteration
✨ Print concepts
✨ A love of books and storytelling

Each day features a new story, literacy-themed activities, a craft, and interactive learning—all designed to help bridge the gap between summer and the school year.

🏖️☀️ Surf's up! It's Beach Bash Day and the final day of DTA Spirit Week! ☀️🏖️

We've made it to the finish line after a week full of tropical tourists, outdoor adventurers, summer athletes, and colorful ice cream-inspired outfits. Today, we're wrapping things up with beach hats, sunglasses, tropical attire, and all the vacation vibes.

A huge thank you to our amazing team for bringing the energy, creativity, and fun all week long. Spirit Week is always a great reminder that while we work hard serving our families, it's important to take time to celebrate, connect, and have a little fun together too.
