You don't need a mat, a class, or the ability to get down on the floor. Five minutes in a kitchen chair supports balance, circulation, and mood, and it's something seniors can do on their own terms. Start with three moves at the same time each day, and always check with a doctor first if there are heart or joint concerns. Our caregivers guide gentle movement as part of Interactive Caregiving, because staying steady on your feet is what keeps you home. Swipe and save.

The walkthrough is free and takes about an hour.
