Through Clay Pot Yoga, she shares her extensive training in the therapeutic applications of yoga. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance (RYT-500) and certified by Surya Chandra Healing Yoga School (CYT-700 hours). She teaches Healing Yoga for Trauma and Anxiety classes and provides business trainings on the topics of Work Fatigue and User-Friendly Yoga for Stress Management. Since 2014, she has offered THE SOUND OF HEALING retreats for women throughout the Mountain States region with her co-teacher, singer-songwriter, Kate Baum.
