Bill Gladney is a psychic medium and rescue medium based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is the founder of The Rescue Medium, where he offers grounded spiritual teachings on signs from loved ones, Spirit communication, grief, life after death, and the

connection that continues beyond physical death. Bill’s connection to the spiritual world began in childhood, when he experienced apparitions, shadow figures, and physical interactions with unseen energies. About twelve years ago, those abilities returned stronger than before, leading Bill into a profound spiritual awakening. Through meditation, guidance, and training, he began to understand his calling as both a psychic medium and a rescue medium. In his rescue mediumship work, Bill communicates with earthbound souls who have not yet crossed into the Light. Some are confused, afraid, angry, or unaware that they have passed. With compassion, spiritual tools, and the support of his guides, Bill helps these souls move toward peace and transition successfully. Over the years, Bill has helped guide more than 100 souls to the Light. He also offers private readings and mediumship sessions for those seeking comfort, clarity, closure, and spiritual reassurance. Through his readings, writings, newsletter, and teachings, Bill helps people better understand signs from loved ones in Spirit, the soul’s journey after death, and the ways love continues beyond the veil. All sessions are held with care, respect, and complete confidentiality. Bill Gladney

Still calling it ā€œjust overthinkingā€?

You may be dismissing real signals.

I see this in readings all the time. People often receive the first signal clearly, but then their minds jump in and start arguing with it.

The problem is not always your ability.

Sometimes the problem is discernment.

Intuition, fear, anxiety, and outside energy can feel similar at first. That is why learning the difference matters.

The goal is not to believe every feeling without question. The goal is to slow down enough to notice what you received before you explain it away.

If you want to develop your intuition and psychic skills, be sure to follow this page.

Your phone buzzed.

Before you look, pause.

Guess who it is.

Do not overthink it. Do not talk yourself into an answer. Just notice what comes in first.

A name.
A face.
A feeling.
A quick knowing.

Then check the phone.

Were you right?

This is a simple way to practice intuition in real life. No pressure. No big spiritual setup. Just a small test.

The point is not to be right every time. The point is to start noticing the difference between a random guess and an intuitive hit.

Small tests build trust.

Have you ever known who was calling or texting before you looked?

That stomach feeling is information.

So is the pause.
So is the tight chest.
So is the calm yes.
So is the pull away.

Intuition does not always come through as a clear voice or a full sentence in your mind.

Sometimes your body picks up the signal first.

The mistake is ignoring it because you cannot explain it right away.

That does not mean every physical feeling is intuition. Sometimes it is stress, fear, or anxiety. But if something in your body makes you pause, pay attention before you explain it away.

Intuition often starts as a signal.

The work is learning to notice it.

Have you ever had a body signal that turned out to be right?

06/01/2026

You felt it before you had proof.

That pause before answering.
That pull toward one choice.
That uneasy feeling around a person or situation.
That quiet knowing you could not explain yet.

Most people dismiss those moments because they do not come with evidence right away.

But intuition often arrives before the facts catch up.

That does not mean every feeling is guidance. It means some of the things you have brushed off may deserve a second look.

Intuition often starts small. The work is learning not to dismiss it too quickly.

Have you ever ignored a feeling and later realized you were right?

The May 2026 Blue Moon is not just another full moon.

A Blue Moon happens when we have a second full moon in the same month, and this one arrives on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

Spiritually, I see this as a rare moment to pause and ask:

What is coming around again for my attention?
What feels unfinished?
What am I ready to release?
What is Spirit asking me to see more clearly?

A Blue Moon does not mean the moon will turn blue. It speaks more to timing, rarity, reflection, and second chances.

I wrote a new blog post on the spiritual meaning of the May 2026 Blue Moon, along with reflection prompts and a simple ritual you can use to work with this energy.

You can read it here:

Have you ever felt like something came back around in your life because you were finally ready to see it differently?

Before you react, pause.

This is where fear vs. intuition shows up in real life.

Not just during meditation.
Not just during spiritual practice.
Not just when you are looking for a sign.

It shows up before you answer someone.
Before you say yes.
Before you cancel plans.
Before you assume something is wrong.
Before you make a decision from urgency.

Fear rushes the response.

It wants you to act now, fix it now, answer now, protect yourself now.

Intuition is different.

It may still tell you to act, but it usually feels steadier.

So before you react, ask:

Is this peace or pressure?

Use this before you act.

05/28/2026

Did you actually try it?

Yesterday, I gave you a simple test:

Write down one urgent thought.
Ask: peace or pressure?
Wait ten minutes.

So be honest.

Did you actually pause, or did you react right away?

That matters.

You do not build intuition by only thinking about intuition. You build it by practicing in small moments before the big ones show up.

When you paused, what showed up first?

Peace?
Pressure?
Tension?
A clear knowing?

Comment one word: PEACE, PRESSURE, TENSION, or KNOWING.

05/27/2026

Before you trust that urgent feeling, do this.

Write down one thought, feeling, or decision that feels urgent.

Not ten things.
Not the whole problem.
Just one.

Then ask yourself:

Peace or pressure?

After that, wait ten minutes.

Do not react right away.

Do not force an answer.

Do not call it intuition just because it feels loud.

Watch what happens.

Fear usually gets louder when you pause.

It argues.
It escalates.
It pressures you.

Intuition usually stays clearer.

It may still be there after ten minutes, but it will feel steadier.

Try it once today.

Comment PEACE or PRESSURE after you try it.

05/26/2026

If your intuition feels frantic, it may not be intuition.

Fear can sound convincing.
It can sound protective.
It can even sound spiritual.

But fear usually wants an answer right now.

It loops.
It escalates.
It pressures you to react before you are grounded.

Intuition is usually steadier.

It may be firm.
It may be clear.
It may tell you no.

But it does not usually need panic to get your attention.

Before you call something intuition, pause and ask:

Is this clear guidance, or is this pressure?

Save this. Tomorrow we practice. 😁

05/25/2026

This week we are talking about fear vs. intuition.

Not every inner voice is guidance.

Fear can sound convincing.
It can sound protective.
It can even sound spiritual.

But fear usually wants an answer right now.

Intuition is different.

It may be firm, but it usually stays clearer when you pause.

This week, we’ll break down how to tell the difference between fear, pressure, and real intuition.

Follow along this week.
