One of the hardest parts of writing Crossing the Threshold was wondering whether I could communicate my experiences with the afterlife in a way that would make sense to someone who hadn't experienced them.

Now I'm starting to hear from the first people reading advance copies.

Will I still be myself?

Will I see the people I love again?

These are some of the questions at the heart of my upcoming book, Crossing the Threshold.

I didn't set out to become a psychic medium or rescue medium, and I never expected to write a book about the afterlife. But through years of spiritual experiences, rescue work, and guidance from my spirit guides, I came to understand that what I had learned wasn't meant to stay private.

Will I see the people I love again?

For someone who is grieving, that isn't a philosophical question.

It can be the question.

Death changes our relationship with someone we love, but through my experiences as a psychic medium and a rescue medium, I have come to understand that it does not erase that relationship.

Love is not something the physical body creates, and death destroys.
That idea became central to Crossing the Threshold.

We spend so much of our lives loving people while knowing that someday we may have to say goodbye.

What if goodbye isn't the end of the relationship?

Could that bring a little comfort as we grieve?

And what might it change about how deeply we love one another while we are still here?

Beneath that question is something much bigger.

Are we only our bodies, our jobs, our names, and the roles we play in this life?

Or is there something deeper that continues?

Beneath that question is something much bigger.

Clairsentience means β€œclear feeling.” It can show up as an unexpected emotion, a physical sensation, a noticeable shift in energy, or a feeling about a person or situation that seems to arrive before you understand why.

For mediums, these impressions can become part of Spirit communication, offering information about a loved one’s personality, relationships, experiences, or physical experiences during life.

But receiving the feeling is only the beginning. Learning to recognize it, understand it, and distinguish intuitive information from your own emotions is where discernment comes in.

What happens when I die?

Will I still be me? Will I see the people I love again? Why am I here in the first place?

I have spent much of my life asking those questions.

My experiences with the spirit world began when I was a child and eventually led me to the work I do today as a psychic medium and rescue medium.

Over the years, something began to stand out to me.

I kept seeing the same patterns again and again.

When I began looking at those experiences alongside the wisdom found across spiritual traditions, a larger picture emerged. A picture not only of what may happen after death, but of why we are here and what this life may be asking of us.

That is why I wrote Crossing the Threshold.

But the book isn't only about what happens when we die.

It is about what knowing that might change while we are still alive.
