You’ve probably never heard the term “Rescue Mediumship.”

Most people haven’t.

Rescue mediumship is the spiritual work of helping souls who have not fully transitioned after death.

These souls may feel confused, afraid, attached to a place, or unaware of how to move forward. That does not automatically mean they are dangerous. Sometimes, they need help recognizing where they are and continuing their journey.

This work is not ghost hunting. It is not provoking spirits. It is not about making the unseen world scarier.

At its heart, rescue mediumship is compassionate spiritual work.

And this is only one part of a much larger conversation about the soul, the unseen world, and what continues after death.

Before you try to hear Spirit, start with one simple question:

What do I need to know today?

Ask it.

Pause.

Notice what comes first.

It may be a feeling, a word, an image, a knowing, or a small pull in one direction.

Then write it down before your mind starts arguing with it.

This is how intuitive development begins.

Not by forcing messages.

Not by trying to prove something.

By learning how your own intuition speaks.

Still calling it “just overthinking”?

You may be dismissing real signals.

I see this in readings all the time. People often receive the first signal clearly, but then their minds jump in and start arguing with it.

The problem is not always your ability.

Sometimes the problem is discernment.

Intuition, fear, anxiety, and outside energy can feel similar at first. That is why learning the difference matters.

The goal is not to believe every feeling without question. The goal is to slow down enough to notice what you received before you explain it away.
