My journey with Lyme disease changed the way I looked at my health and the products I was using every day.

It led me to learn more, ask more questions, and become more intentional about what I was bringing into my home and using on my body.

That journey is a big part of why I created Cary Apothecary. I wanted to share what I’ve learned and create a space where others could discover products and make choices that feel right for them.

This shop is so much more than a store to me. It’s a piece of my story. 🌿
