We are living in a time where many people are touch starved.

More disconnected. More isolated. More overwhelmed.
And our nervous systems are carrying the weight of it.

Safe, caring touch is not a luxury — it’s a biological need.

Massage therapy offers something our bodies are quietly craving:
✨ regulated nervous systems
✨ reduced stress hormones
✨ increased oxytocin (the connection hormone)
✨ a chance to feel safe in our own skin again

In a divided society where screens replace presence and stress replaces connection, massage becomes more than relaxation — it becomes repair.

This is your reminder that your body deserves care, not just endurance.

If you’ve been feeling tense, anxious, or emotionally exhausted, it might not be weakness.

It might be touch starvation.

Book a session by sending me a DM! Let your nervous system exhale.

Accessibility in massage isn’t a luxury — it’s care. As a mobile massage therapist, I bring the table to you so healing isn’t limited to those who can travel, climb stairs, or leave home. Bodywork should be available to every body. 💛

Black History is made daily. And while I’m a few days late…we are celebrating all month 🤌🏾 Scroll to read more info about Delilah Leonium Beaseley; she is known as one of the first black massage therapists ✊🏾 As a Black owned and Woman owned business I am forever grateful for those who have paved the way 😌🙂‍↕️ Offering 15% off this month to my fellow black massage therapists. Tag one you know, so I know it’s real 😉😏

Valentines Day is in almost a week!! What better way to say I love you than to gift someone a massage?! 💜 A massage says “your relaxation is important to me and your wellness is a priority for me.” 💕 And for my girlies doing Galentines?! I’m talking to yall too!! 💅🏽😅

Chair massage is a great way to show your employees you appreciate them. They have been shown to significantly reduce employee stress, anxiety, and physical pain (neck, back, shoulders). They can improve productivity by increasing mental clarity, enhancing morale, and reducing absenteeism.

This was a hotel staff appreciation event in one of RDU’s premier tech hubs! Thanks for having me! 🙏🏾

If it fits, I sits! All jokes aside, I have set up my table everywhere from backyards to in wardrobes 🤣😂 I’d like to think it’s a hidden talent of mine to find quirky spots to do sessions in!

This guest room was a little more narrow than I’m used to but we made it work. If I can get around the table, we can make it work! I step over legos, toddlers and Crocs you meant to put away a week ago🙂‍↕️😂

Openings are available in my books as soon as next week! Don’t put your self care on hold 💜

“we got relaxation at the house!” Or whatever the kids are saying 🤣😂😌

First time appointment for this new client who hasn’t had a massage in seven years. She has Parkinson’s and scoliosis which slows her down but doesn’t keep her down 💪🏾 Enjoyed her session so much, she booked a 90 minute for her next visit in two weeks 🙂‍↕️😌 WHOSE NEXT?! 😉
