Pura Vida Studio is growing and we’re looking for the right person to join our leadership team!

As our studio continues to grow, we’re searching for a Director of Studio Operations & Programming to work closely with our owner and help lead the behind-the-scenes operations that keep Pura Vida running smoothly.

This is a longtime part-time role starting around 12 hours per week. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings and trainings at the studio.

We’re specifically looking for someone who understands the unique world of boutique fitness, yoga, wellness, or studio-based businesses and is ready to truly take ownership of their role.

This person will help oversee areas such as:

• Studio scheduling + programming
• Instructor communication + sub coordination
• Class enrollment + cancellation oversight
• Workshops, pop-ups + special programming
• Schedule health + operational problem-solving
• Systems, organization + follow-through
• Track KPI’s & support the continued growth of Pura Vida

We’re looking for a leader that is proactive, highly organized, communicative, comfortable having difficult conversations when needed, and confident making decisions while following Pura Vida’s standards and systems.

This is not a teaching position. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the operational side of running a boutique studio and wants to become an important part of its continued growth.
